4) Abstract/ Abstract:
If these fields are included in the publication, Turkish and English abstracts should be entered separately. a) If it is a publication published as a kind, the page numbers, place of publication, publisher/publishing house, and the name of the journal/book in which it is published must be entered.
b) The type of publication selected at the beginning and the file type uploaded to the system must be consistent and full-text.
7) File upload:
All publications must be uploaded to the system in full text, as it is mandatory in the Institutional Open Archive System directive. Full text file uploading is done even if the copyrights are with the publisher. In this case, you can keep the access closed until that date by selecting the date you will specify in the "Embargoed access until special date" section. Thus, the publication is kept closed for the period you specify, but the user can contact you individually. When the user clicks on the full text, the system opens a form to request a copy of the document. The data in the opened form is transmitted to you. If you approve, the system automatically sends the publication to the requesting user.
