Reference Services
These are reference services provided to answer all questions of library users regarding the library collection and to ensure that they benefit from the library collection at the highest level. Reference service for questions and information needs of users about the library is provided by e-mail, telephone or face-to-face meeting; It is ensured that users use library resources as effectively as possible.

User training/Orientation

In order to enable our users to use our library more effectively, it is a service provided by librarians to groups on predetermined dates by filling out the User Training Request Form.

It will be sufficient for our users who want to benefit from this service to fill out the User Training Request Form completely.

General introduction of the library,
web page promotion,
Catalog browsing, promotion of transactions made over the web,
Time extension, book order, private login,
It covers training topics related to the use of databases given by the provider companies.
