Request Forms

1) Book Request (Requires login.)

You can want that the books you need are purchased by filling out the Book Request Form (via My User Account) for the books that are not in the library and that you want to be purchased.

Academic and Administrative Staff

Member/User code: University institution registration number,

Student

Member/User code: Student number,

Password: It is defined by the library lending unit.

2)  Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Request Form

3)  TUBESS Thesis Request Form.

4)  User Training Request Form.
